The same goes with our words. God has provided a seasoning that we need to make sure our words are seasoned with. When we use grace in our speech, others are likely to listen to what we have to say.

They are turned away. Much of the time when hash browns are not seasoned just right they are not worth eating. We don't want to over or under season our words because we want others to listen to us.
Seasoned just right. Then our words are like the perfect, crispy hash browns. People will listen to us and take in what we have to say.
With grace as part of our speech even the tough love speeches are easier to receive because of grace.
